Description
Having hemorrhoids (normal veins) in the anal canal is only a problem when they become inflamed and enlarged. The more we strain when attempting to have bowel movements, the worse off we are. Avoiding constipation in the first place is the best preventative. Remember to drink lots of liquids and eat more fiber to help avoid constipation, and take warm sitz baths to help get relief. Using laundry or body soaps that contain harsh chemicals, dyes or artificial scents may also contribute to the discomfort. Wearing 100% cotton underwear, rather than synthetic materials, is also recommended.
Various foods can also contribute to maintaining healthy veins. Diets that are high in trans fats, processed foods, sodium, caffeine and sugar can encourage poor circulation, dehydration, high blood pressure, unwanted weight gain, and so forth and can actually increase swelling and inflammatory conditions. High-fiber foods, Omega-3 foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, seeds and sprouted grains, high- antioxidant and magnesium-rich foods, and vitamin E all can help with inflammation, constipation, blood pressure, circulation, digestion, and so much more.

Directions: Always wash hands before and after applying. When applying on varicose veins, rub small amount onto area 3-5 times daily, If using on hemorrhoids, place a small amount on a pure cotton round (or make-up remover cotton round), or a clean cotton gauze pad, or with sterile gloved finger, and gently apply topically to desired area.
