Whether prepared hot during the colder months, or iced during the heat of summer, this blend has been a proven winner… among the young and old alike!
Directions: Bring water to a boil in stainless steel, glass, or ceramic vessel (not aluminum). Turn off heat. Place 1 teaspoon loose tea per cup water into hot water vessel or into enclosed reusable organic cotton tea bag, pulling strings tight. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bag & squeeze well, or strain loose tea if you did not use tea bag. Pour and enjoy! Add honey and/or lemon if desired.
Or just make Sun Tea!
