Description
The leaves and stems of Catnip contain a volatile oil called “nepetalactone”, which stimulates sensory neurons in most cats, attracting them to the plant. The effect generally lasts about 10 minutes and triggers a wide range of behaviors, including purring, rolling, vocalizations, head rubbing, drooling, jumping, and occasionally aggression.
After kitty has had the bag of catnip for several months or so, you can empty the old herbs (composting them), wash the organic cotton bag, dry it, and re-fill it with more Catnip!
