Directions for 1 cup of tea:
Bring 8 oz water to a boil in non-aluminum vessel. Turn off heat. Place one teaspoon loose tea into 8 oz. boiled water, or into enclosed reusable tea bag, pulling strings tight. Let steep for 5 – 10 minutes. Strain loose tea, or squeeze & remove tea bag, before pouring. Compost used herbs from bag. Wash and dry bag for re-use.
Tip: Some times you want to take the tea with you on a bike ride, or to the gym. Prepare a quart jar of tea at a time and keep refrigerated. Ready when you need it! Do not store more than 2 days in refrigerator.
