When depression strikes, take time for yourself with aromatic hot baths, eat a healthy diet, include a daily multi-vitamin, as depression can leave us depleted in necessary vitamins and minerals. A short walk or mild exercise is supportive as well. Sip hot herbal tea (try our TLC, Tulsi, Lavender, Chamomile). Watch a comedy, not a Hallmark sad movie. Get plenty of rest, and avoid alcohol. Keep a regular sleep schedule, and surround yourself with only those who care about you.
These are 100% pure, organic essential oils, not cheap, poor quality aroma or synthetic oils and not those blended with other carrier oils. Not for use during pregnancy. Oils are in a reusable, refillable glass vial, encompassed in a protective aluminum covering.
