Various foods can also contribute to maintaining healthy veins. Diets that are high in trans fats, processed foods, sodium, caffeine and sugar can encourage poor circulation, dehydration, high blood pressure, unwanted weight gain, and so forth and can actually increase swelling and inflammatory conditions. High-fiber foods, Omega-3 foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, seeds and sprouted grains, high- antioxidant and magnesium-rich foods, and vitamin E all can help with inflammation, constipation, blood pressure, circulation, digestion, and so much more. Regular exercise is also recommended.
We are prohibited from citing any specific benefits of the herbs used in our products, as the FDA has not evaluated/approved them.
Directions: Always wash hands before and after applying. When applying on varicose veins, rub small amount onto area 3-5 times daily, If using on hemorrhoids, place a small amount on a pure cotton round (or make-up remover cotton round), or a clean cotton gauze pad, or with sterile gloved finger, and gently apply topically to desired area. Remember, it’s not about how much you apply, it’s how often and how consistently you apply it. Be patient and consistent. We recommend using our Healthy Vein Liniment in conjunction with the balm, and including a healthy diet!
We offer organic cotton rounds on our site.
