1 oz. White Willow Bark Tincture: Supportive with pain, including headache, and muscle pain. The bark of white willow contains salicin, a chemical similar to aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). In addition to the herb’s powerful anti-inflammatory plant compounds (flavonoids), salicin is believed to be responsible for both pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects.

Echinacea Tincture: Echinacea (purpurea) has been used to support the common cold, herpes simplex infection (topical), immunostimulant, psoriasis (topical), upper respiratory tract infections (viral, internal), urinary tract infections (internal), skin wounds (topical), and for skin ulcers (topical).

1 oz. Yarrow flowers & Plantain leaves: Packed with potent natural properties, yarrow is a renowned healer of wounds. Yarrow’s Latin name; Achillea, relates to this herb being dedicated to the Greek hero Achilles. A powerful styptic, that works by contracting tissue to seal injured blood vessels. Yarrow, when combined with plantain, has long been considered by herbalists to be supportive for cough, wounds, inflamed skin or dermatitis, and insect bites as well. Plantain (Plantago major) is approved by the German Commission E as topical use for skin inflammations, and combined here with Yarrow it is supportive in stopping bleeding and assisting in wound healing.

Marshmallow root is commonly used by mouth to treat stomach ulcers, diarrhea, constipation, swelling of the stomach lining, and pain and swelling of the mucous membranes that line the respiratory tract. Mix these dry ingredients in water to ingest.
