Essential oils can be supportive when recovering from the unfortunate weight of grief. For use in a home diffuser, or carry one of our “Grief” Aromatherapy Nasal Inhaler’s with you when you are away from home. Remember to take care of yourself during this time, as grief can increase inflammation, tax the immune system, and even cause an increase in blood pressure.
Enjoy a herbal tea (try our TLC, or Happy Happy, Joy Joy, or Nighty Night Sleep Tight if you have trouble relaxing.) A multi-vitamin would be helpful, and any exercise you can muster up. Rescue Remedy (Bach Flower Remedy) would also be supportive.
