Pawsitively Pawsome Paw Remedy
2 ounce tin
More than just a protective barrier, our Pawsitively Pawsome Paw Relief will soothe, moisturize, and help heal your pet’s damaged paws (& nose!) bringing relief from dry, irritated, cracked and calloused skin.
Whether it is the hot pavement and dry weather during the summer months, or the ice and blistering cold, dry winter months, the elements can wreak havoc on our four legged friends. This topical salve is a welcome solution for the harsh effects on your pet’s skin, nose, and paws. And, isn’t it nice when your dog’s paw rubs against your skin, and it is not scratchy or painful??!!
We choose to use infused herbal oils, not essential oils, in our pet products! If you are using another pad salve, spray, or balm, please read the label well. I have seen essential oils such as Cajeput, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Peppermint, and Orange or other Citrus, in pet salves and balms and sprays for topical use. All of the above essential oils can be toxic to your pet… ESPECIALLY cats! They can damage the respiratory tract, affect the nervous system and lead to liver damage when applied topically or inhaled. Since our animals are known to lick the area of application, please do a bit of research to make sure you are using safe essential oils, or speak to your veterinarian before using products with essential oils on your pets.
Suggested use: For best results, apply our Paw Remedy to your pet’s paws, and rub in well. For the balm to work properly, it’s best to distract the pet with a treat or food to keep them from licking it until it is well rubbed in.
Frequency: If you’re pet already has rough, cracked, or damaged pads, apply this balm two to three times a day. Once the paws have improved, apply twice a day until totally healed. Once healed, a once every day or two application is fine for healthy paw maintenance and prevention of dry, cracked pads.
Ingredients: Jojoba* oil; Cocoa*, Mango*, & Shea* butters; Castor* oil, Beeswax* & Carnauba* wax; Calendula* flowers, Rosemary* leaves , Chamomile* flowers; Vitamin E (Mixed Tocopherols from Non-GMO Soy sources). (*From certified organic sources.)
Note: If you do not see improvement or your pet’s skin lesions are deep, bleeding, or are painful, check with your vet to look for more serious causes, including bacterial and fungal infections or immune system diseases.$19.00
