  Depression can be debilitating, and seriously affect our whole being…and life!  Many of us feel sad, lonely, or depressed sometimes. But when these feelings linger, or become overwhelming, they can cause physical symptoms, and keep us from leading a normal, productive life. Making sure you get a clear diagnosis from your health care professional is important. Are you suffering from exhaustion, anxiety, or depression?

  These, and other essential oils have been used for countless years in supporting recovery from depression and anxiety. Designed for use in a diffuser at home, or carry along our “Depression” Aromatherapy Nasal Inhaler when you are away from home.

  Take time for yourself with aromatic hot baths, eat a healthy diet, include a daily multi-vitamin, as depression can leave us depleted in necessary vitamins and minerals. A short walk or mild exercise is supportive as well. Sip hot herbal tea (try our TLC, Tulsi, Lavender, Chamomile). Watch a comedy, not a Hallmark sad story. Get plenty of rest, and avoid alcohol. Keep a regular sleep schedule.
