Sensual Bath/Massage Oil:
You can use a 2-4 ounce glass jar or bottle with a tight fitting lid, to mix and store your oil in.
Start with skin conditioning, sweet smelling organic carrier oils.
1 oz. organic Apricot Kernel oil
1 oz. organic Coconut oil
Add organic, pure essential oils:
6 drops Sandalwood
6 drops Lavender
6 drops Jasmine
4 drops Ylang Ylang
(Although organic, pure Rose oil is expensive, if you have it, add 1 drop to your oil.)
Shake well. Store away from direct sunlight.
For Bath: Shake well and add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon oil to hot bath water, swishing the water to disperse oil more evenly. Take care climbing in and out of tub, as it can be slippery.
For Massage: Shake well and apply small amount to your hands, gently rub together, and apply your hands to your partner’s body, using long, slow, gentle strokes, massaging oil into the skin.
*You can also use the above combination of pure essential oils in your aromatherapy diffuser in your bedroom. (Never put essential oils diluted with carrier oils into your diffuser.)

Herbal Tea:
It’s a nice, different sort of foreplay, but preparing this herbal tea together is part of a loving ritual rarely enjoyed by couples. There are numerous herbs to be had. I have chosen some of the easy to find herbs for this potion. Your local herb store, health food store, or co-op should have them.
Into a stainless steel, ceramic, or glass kettle, pour 4 cups filtered water and bring to a boil. (Never use aluminum pots.)
Into a glass jar, mix the following herbs well:
2 parts organic Damiana leaf
1 part organic Rose petals
1 part organic Oatstraw
1 part organic Cinnamon chips
1 part organic Peppermint leaves
1 part organic Maca
Add 1 teaspoon blended herbs per 6-8 oz cup boiled water and let steep for 5-7 minutes.
Strain and pour into cups, adding a bit of cream, a drop of vanilla extract, and honey to taste, if desired.

Floral Infused Honey:
We use a teaspoon of this in a cup of hot water for a mild tea! It’s also fabulous on biscuits, toast, ice cream… just about anything!
Start with 1 cup organic raw honey in glass jar with tight fitting lid. (Local honey if you can get it!)
Add:
1 Tablespoon organic Rose petals
1 Tablespoon organic Lavender flowers
1 Teaspoon organic Cocao nibs
Seeds from 1 ½ organic vanilla beans
Let sit with lid on for 2-4 weeks, strain, and enjoy!
*If you decide to speed up the process, you can place the honey and herbs in a crock pot and place on gentle warm heat, for a few days, checking periodically to make sure it isn’t too hot. Never put on higher heat, as anything over 110 degrees will destroy the benefits of the honey, burn the herbs, and change the flavor as well.
*You can mix up the ingredients as you desire. Lemon verbena, various mints, and violets are delicious! Experiment!
Let your love grow!
