Remove from heat and place 1 teaspoon herbal tea per 8oz cup of water into vessel or into enclosed tea bag, or your favorite infuser. Steep 10 – 15 minutes. Strain loose herbs, or squeeze tea bag, and pour prepared tea into cup. Add cream or honey if desired.
